Positive Action Workshop for Police Officer Recruitment

Merseyside Police is committed to developing a Police Service that is reflective of the diverse communities that it serves. In order to achieve this, the Police is proud to use Positive Action and have a dedicated Positive Action Recruitment Team and Ambassadors who will provide support and guidance throughout the application process to candidates from underrepresented groups.

Having a Police service that is reflective of the community will ensure that Merseyside Police achieves its aim of having a Police Service of skilled Police Officers and staff with the core values required to meet the highest standards and expectations of the public of Merseyside.
