Positive Futures is a youth development charity supporting young people in North Liverpool.

Their team are committed to supporting every young person to achieve their potential. They do this though their open access, targeted support work and personal development interventions which collectively support the young people and their families of Liverpool every year.

Job Overview

They are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join them. You will play a crucial role in planning, managing and implementing their marketing strategy and enhancing their online presence and overall brand awareness. You will work closely with the Social Media Apprentice and other team members to understand the challenges they face, and capture the interest of the audiences they serve – be that young people, parents and carers, schools, partner organisations or funders.

You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the marketing plan and the day to day management and training of the apprentice. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, email, website, PR and content development which appeals. You’ll possess excellent communication skills, a desire to work alongside a charity who supports young people and their development, and a strong understanding of all things digital marketing including the Google Suite.
