Job Summary

They’re looking for a People and Culture Lead to help them shape and sustain an inclusive, high-performing workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new HR system, embed their existing people policies in a way that truly fits how we work, and support managers across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

They’re especially interested in someone who’s open to how AI and digital tools can enhance productivity, and either has experience or is eager to learn and explore in this space. You’ll also be responsible for reporting on monthly people KPIs to help inform strategic decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting and coaching managers through recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance processes
  • Embedding people policies and helping ensure consistency across teams
  • Leading the rollout of a new digital HR system
  • Exploring ways AI and tech can improve HR processes
  • Producing monthly KPI reports for leadership and Board use
  • Championing well-being, inclusion, and staff engagement.

What you’ll bring:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) or equivalent (e.g. CMI Level 3)
  • Generalist HR experience, especially supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • A collaborative, people-first approach with great communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and data
  • Curiosity and openness to using new tools and technology, including AI
  • A passion for inclusion, equity and creating a thriving team culture.
