Positive Futures – Project Sustainability Officer

Contract: Fixed Term until March 2026.
Term: Part-Time.
Salary: £27,514 pa pro rota.
Hours per week: 21 hours.
Reporting to: Positive Futures Line Manager and VOSS Financial members.
Location: Positive Futures North Liverpool, Unit B1, Tetlow Way, Langham Street Industrial Estate, L4 4QS.

They do this through their open access, targeted support work and personal development interventions which collectively, support thousands of young people in Liverpool every year.

Role Details

Voluntary Outreach Support Service (VOSS) is a unique consortium of youth providers, collaborating and working together with partners, sharing their resources and intelligence. VOSS provides high quality and timely support for young people and wider communities of North Liverpool. The Project Sustainability Officer is the person responsible for making this partnership work through maintaining trust and transparency as well as keeping VOSS members focused on their objectives.

Some duties will include:

  • Source additional funds to meet the shortfall and enhance project delivery within the grant period, which will enhance the project or secure its succession.
  • Work with the financial partners to ensure the sustainability and the delivery plan for the project in collaboration to meet the overall outcomes of the project.
  • Implement and monitor commissioning documents, ensuring targets are met, records and reports are approved before payments made.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key project stakeholders including, Police, Troubled Families, Liverpool City Council, RSL’S etc.
