Role: Money Advice Caseworker
Hours: 28 hours per week
Pay: Scale 6 point 19-22 £24,799 – £26,317 (Pro rata)
Established in 1999 Raise is an advice service that supports clients within their own home with welfare benefits, debt and financial capability advice at a specialist level. You will be working within a team of Money Advice caseworkers to deliver a caseworker service within the Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) under the Money and Pensions Service quality standards framework.
This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of our money advice service to clients in the Liverpool City Region. In order to achieve this we need a highly motivated individual who is passionate about empowering individuals to manage their money worries. You will be experienced in providing high level money advice within a performance management framework. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate and work with a large variety of different people.
