Established in 1999, Raise is an advice service that supports clients within their own home with welfare benefits, debt and financial capability advice at a specialist level.

Trainee Welfare Rights Advisor

Salary: Scale 3 point 14 (£17,681)
Hours: 18 – 35 hours a week
Contract: Fixed-term of 3 months, with possible extension

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of the Raise Welfare Rights service to clients in the Greater Liverpool Region. You need to be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about empowering individuals to navigate the complexity that is our Social Security system. You will be experienced in providing basic welfare rights advice and form filling. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate and work with a large variety of different people

Administrator Assistant Debt

Salary: Scale 4 point 18 (£18,870 pro rata)
Hours: 21 hours a week
Contract: Fixed-term of 3 months, with possible extension

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of Raise’s Monday advice service in the Greater Liverpool Region. You need to be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about systems and processes and has excellent attention to detail and effective communications skills.
