Read Easy UK is a registered charity that supports adults who want to learn to read and develop their reading skills. There are plans for Read Easy to set up a reading group in Liverpool, to support adults within the Liverpool City Region who struggle with their reading.
The plans are in the early stages and Read Easy is hoping to find local people who might be interested in helping to get the group started. It’s an opportunity to become part of a team that will make a real difference to people’s lives.
Consider how often you read, be it a book, social media content, a text message, or a match day programme. Without the ability to read, everything in life is so much more difficult, whether it’s finding employment or just being able to place an order online. Read Easy helps people to overcome these obstacles.
There are opportunities to support the Liverpool project on a voluntary basis, either as a coach or as a member of the local management team. For further details email liverpoolpioneer@readeasy.org.uk, call 07769 332971 or visit the Read Easy website.
