Salary: £18,805 – £19,747 per annum pro rata, depending on experience

The Casework Co-ordinator’s role is to ensure effective casework support is provided to asylum seekers, refugees and other vulnerable migrants. The post will involve close work with partner organisations to maintain clear systems of referral and ensure effective advocacy.
The successful candidate will provide training and support to a team of volunteer caseworkers, ensuring that volunteers feel supported and clients receive the highest quality of service. Active casework support will also be required on more complex cases.
The Red Cross is looking for someone to work as part of a team of staff and volunteers to provide casework support and distribute emergency provisions to asylum seekers and refugees. There will also be the requirement to deliver training and support to casework volunteers. The Casework Co-ordinator will be required to work as part of a team to implement service standards and operational policies.
