Relate Cheshire and Merseyside is looking for two First Voice Consultants to act as a key point of contact for clients and practitioners, and to administer the counselling service as part of the First Voice team. These are permanent roles offering an opportunity to work for a growing charity that supports healthy, happy relationships across Cheshire, Merseyside and now also Greater Manchester.
Duties will include:
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries and acting as a key point of contact for clients and other external stakeholders
Organising and administering counselling appointments, liaising with clients and practitioners as required
Operating an electronic appointment system
Working as part of a team to provide administrative support to counselling and other projects, ensuring the efficient and effective organisation of service activity
To be considered for one of these posts you must have excellent administrative skills and strong communication and IT skills.
Regular shifts are available across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (including evening) and Friday, with working patterns to be agreed with the successful candidates. Applications are sought from candidates with the flexibility to work extra hours and provide holiday cover.
Two posts are available for between 12-20 hours per week. Both posts are subject to a Basic DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check.
