Interested in carnival, dance, music, costume making? Looking to work in the cultural sector? Brouhaha runs training for emerging artists, carnival makers, dancers, percussionists, festival producers and social media makers from across Merseyside.

Receive training and support over a six-month period. Be part of an arts team, volunteer and assist in the planning and delivery of local, national and international arts events and festival celebrations.
