Team Red Cross is taking part in the much-loved, annual Mersey Tunnel 10k run on Sunday 11 September 2022 which provides the only chance to go through the Mersey Tunnel on foot!
They still have some charity spaces available for runners of all abilities to fill, they are looking for a team of volunteers who would be interested in filling these spaces as a team or individually.
If teams of 4+ signup, they are happy to offer no registration fees and reduce the minimum sponsorship target to £800 (£200 rather than £250 per person).

Whether it is a local flood or house fire, a famine overseas or dealing with the aftermath of a terror attack right here at home, their team will be there to provide front-line help and support. What you will receive?
Becky Lynes will be on hand to provide dedicated fundraising and training advice from signup to post-race. You will also receive:
- Red Cross cheer support on the day (from volunteers, staff and Becky herself!)
- A comprehensive fundraising pack with tips and advice to help you reach your sponsorship target
- A British Red Cross vest once each signup has raised £100
- Updates on the work of the British Red Cross in the UK and overseas
- An unforgettable and great experience!
