Short plays wanted for New Writing showcase

Valley Theatre in Liverpool is looking for short, original dramas by local writers for an event they are putting on for this year’s Liverpool Fringe.

The show is called Une, Deux, Trois and will feature short plays for one, two or three actors – monologues, duologues and triologues.

There are two categories: Category one is for plays that have a cast already and are ready to be performed. Category two is for writers who may not have a cast but would still like to submit the play for consideration.

Plays should be approximately 15-30 minutes long.

Writers have till 8 August 2022 to submit their plays. The event will take place on October 1, 2 and 3 during Liverpool Fringe week.
