Salary: £34,723 – £40,478 depending on experience.

As an independent charity, SLDAS offers free and accessible support to women who experience domestic violence or abuse in South and South-Central Liverpool. SLDAS is run by a group of volunteer Trustees, alongside staff and volunteers who deliver their services. As a community-based organisation, SLDAS is committed to recruiting local women into the organisation. Their aim is to maintain an organisation run ‘by local women for local women’.

Job Description

South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services (SLDAS) is recruiting for a Director to lead their small and passionate organisation. The new Director will work with the Board of Trustees to create and deliver an ambitious strategy to develop their services and the organisation’s financial sustainability. The Director will manage a small staff team of experts and will support them, alongside their volunteers, to provide high quality services to women who are affected by domestic abuse in South and South-Central Liverpool.
