South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services Vacancy: Young Person’s Worker

Salary: £23, 398 + 2%pension
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Funded to August 2018, continuation subject to funding

South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services Ltd has a vacancy for a woman to deliver #YouthTalk, its successful youth engagement programme highlighting, healthy relationships and challenging abuse in the home.

The main purpose of the post is to plan and facilitate domestic abuse awareness programmes for young people at outreach venues across South and South Central Liverpool.  You will have an understanding of the barriers that young people from all communities face when domestic abuse is an issue, and ways to overcome these barriers. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to young people and an understanding of the factors affecting their lives. If you have an imaginative and enthusiastic approach to developing the organisation’s work and services, this could be the post for you.
