Salary: £20,000-£23,000, dependent on experience

The Chef will co-design, develop and deliver our exciting new community business at Squash’s new food space at 112-114 Windsor Street; a vegetarian cafe, food-to-go and catering service. Working with the education team, the Chef will also co-design and deliver food-producing workshops and training with and for community members. The vision is to make a fresh, buzzing, welcoming eating place with a vibrant, delicious, seasonal food offer.
Squash is looking for a proactive, inventive person who has a real passion for cooking great tasting, multicultural, vegetarian food. You must have a minimum of three years work experience as a lead chef/cook and have experience and understanding of vegetarian and vegan cooking and baking.
