Job Summary

As a key member of the team, you will work to improve individuals’ financial wellbeing by providing advice and support those struggling with debt and money worries in our community.

Main Duties

• Provide face-to-face advice to individuals (including by telephone and video conferencing), performing the duties of a debt advisor.
• Manage a caseload of clients, including all records are kept up to date and all communication with clients is managed.
• Work with their volunteer coordinator to support volunteers to provide debt advice to clients.
