Contract: Permanent.
Term: Part-Time.
Salary: £19,422pa.
Hours per week: 22.5 hours (working pattern to be agreed).
Reporting to: Head of Fundraising & Lottery.
Location: St Joseph’s Hospice, Ince Road Thornton, L23 4UE. (Hybrid working considered).

St Joseph’s Hospice is one of the oldest hospices in the country, each year they provide care and support to over 200 people with life limiting conditions from within the West Lancashire, Sefton, Liverpool and Knowsley areas

Job Overview

As a charity, they rely on their income generation teams and this is an exciting role that has a huge impact on the support they can give their patients and their families. The post holder will be dedicated to increasing their income from grant making bodies, including trusts and foundations.

The successful candidate will have experience of developing major donors and in trust fundraising. They will possess excellent literacy skills and be able to write compelling and persuasive copy. This is a varied role and will required the post holder to work on a number of projects simultaneously
