Stick ‘n’ Step provide free conductive education sessions to children with cerebral palsy. Their support improves mobility, independence and boosts self-confidence, enabling each child to reach their personal potential.

Stick ‘n’ Step currently provide vital support to over 100 children and their families from their centres in Wallasey and Runcorn. Their Runcorn centre opened in the summer of 2017 enabling them to reach out to more families across the North West of England. This is an exciting time to join Stick ‘n’ Step, and they are looking for someone who has the passion and motivation to contribute to their dynamic organisation.

Job Summary

Do you consider yourself a ‘people person’? Are you resourceful with bags of initiative? If the answer to these two questions is yes, then this could be the job for you.

They are looking for an Operations and Relationship Officer for their Wallasey centre to manage the office-based activity and provide support to the families that attend their centre. You’ll also be supporting the fundraising team and act as a bridge between teams to ensure their staff, volunteers, families and supporters are kept informed and feel supported, many of whom will be raising funds for us, with raffles, events and 3rd party challenges.

This post would suit someone with strong administrative practices, excellent IT skills, who is good at juggling multiple priorities and has a proactive and organised approach.
