MS Society is trying to get an overview of what informal and local services (non-NHS services) people affected by MS are using and would benefit from in the future. If you are affected by MS then please complete this survey.
They will also be holding a conference for people affected by MS and organisations who provide services, there is a section in the survey where you can tell them if you would like to know more about this.
The survey will take approximately 4 minutes to complete and is anonymous.
