Room to Reward (R2R) is a unique charity, created to recognise and say ‘thank you’ in a tangible, meaningful way to volunteers.
R2R works on a simple premise. Their hotel partners donate their unsold rooms. Charities, community groups, grassroots sports clubs and other voluntary organisations nominate their volunteers for a well-earned short (2 nights) break, then they make it happen. To date, over 900 hotels have donated 3000 breaks to volunteers nominated by over 1000 organisations.
They enjoy wonderful support and have had the privilege of arranging breaks for volunteers from Liverpool organisations, while a number of Liverpool hotels have welcomed volunteers for a well-earned break.
Obviously, they think their offer is uniquely beneficial to organisations in terms of a tangible way to thank their volunteers – and there’s absolutely no cost to orgs or volunteers to get involved. No membership or booking fees etc. Standard R2R breaks are for 2 nights, 2 people, b&b.
