Description:
The Black-E is looking for a senior operations manager to join the team. The role would be to manage, influence and inspire the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
You will manage and oversee the functions of an existing team of three managers as well as support the director to achieve the highest quality of creative and culturally diverse activities for the building.
You will also supervise the marketing strategy and implementation ensuring that the Black-E remains a welcoming venue for a range of diverse communities.
A successful applicant will have three years + experience working within the creative and/or community sector, self-motivated with the ability to lead and work independently.
