Salary: £30,000 pa

The Black-E is looking for a senior operations manager to join our team. The role will be to manage, influence and inspire the overall strategic direction of the organisation.

The successful candidate will manage and oversee the functions of an existing team of three managers, as well as support the director to achieve the highest quality of activities for the building. They will also supervise the marketing strategy and its implementation.

Critera:

• three+ years experience working within the creative and/or community sector
• self-motivated
• ability to lead and work independently
