The overall purpose of the role of Communications & Campaigns Officer is to bring about tangible and positive change to the lives of people with neurological conditions by:
- Raising awareness of their work via a variety of communications methods, which is vital in order to maximise donations and fundraising to fund their vital front-line services, and so their clients know what support they can access.
- Identifying key areas for campaigning, creating strategies and designing and delivering campaigns to deliver equality for people with neurological conditions.
- Assisting with the coordination of The Brain Charity’s neurodiversity training, which supports organisations to understand what neurodiversity is and how to support neurodivergent staff in the workplace.
