The Brain Charity offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends and carers.
Job Summary
Their Information and Advice Officers offer high quality practical help, information and emotional support to individuals via face-to-face, e-mail and telephone support services.
The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Liverpool Women’s Hospital (LWH) and Alder hey (AH) to support families and their children affected by neurological conditions. By offering practical help, information and advice on areas such as welfare benefits, housing, employment and other key social care-related issues, the post holder will secure better patient outcomes for the individuals they work with.
