The Bronte are currently looking for new Trustees to help support their organisation and their board.
Between now and Spring 2025 they’re modernising The Bronte so their wonderful Youth & Community Centre can continue being the heartbeat of their neighbourhood and to those across Merseyside. During this time, they are seeking new Trustees who live within the Merseyside area to help support the board throughout its £4.1m Youth Investment Fund development. If you feel you can help to strengthen The Bronte for the next 50 years, please read on.
They are looking to strengthen their board by recruiting further Trustees with the following skills:
- Teaching (ages 11-18 years)
- Youth work/justice
- Childrens services/social care
- Human resources
- Legal
- Business management
- Health & Safety
- Marketing
- Fundraising.
In addition to these skills, they are looking for people who also demonstrate the following behaviours:
- honest, open-minded and have integrity
- a good listener and communicator who works well with other people
- keen to learn from other people
- able to challenge with respect and disagree kindly.
