Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary: £33,000 – £42,000 per annum.
Location: Mansion House, Calderstones Park, L18 3JB.
Reporting to: Director of Services.

The Head of People will provide advice and guidance to the Directors Group on all people matters. You will be a member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Director of Services. It is vitally important to the Reader that as well as being able to advise on all technical HR matters, that you are able to bring a flexible, creative approach to your work, looking for innovative solutions to the people challenges that present themselves as the Reader further their vision.

The People Team look after both staff and volunteers. This challenging and varied leadership role has an important part to play in ensuring all of these people are well managed and well supported. You will be supported in this role by the People Team.
