Term: Permanent.
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Salary: £22,440 to £27,540 (under review).
Location: The Mansion House, Calderstones Park, Liverpool, L18.

This pivotal role sits within the Service Directorate and involves working directly with volunteers supporting Shared Reading activities for Adults. You will lead the Volunteer Support Team to deliver an exciting volunteer support programme, maximising engagement, responding to insights and ensuring an excellent volunteer experience. You will also oversee some practical elements of product management.

The Reader is looking for someone with ambitious ideas, the commitment to make them happen ‘in the detail’ and great people skills. This is a role with great potential which will require energy to adapt as feedback and learning demands, along with an eye to maintain consistency across their areas of operation.
