Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
The postholder is responsible for the centralised processes and procedures that support Volunteer Recruitment and Induction. They will hold an overview of the organisation’s volunteer recruitment needs from both a geographical and skills perspective.
Working closely with Project teams, the People team and the Community and Communications teams, you will have an important role to play in generating interest in the Reader’s volunteering offer, supporting potential volunteers through the early stages of their recruitment journey and induction to the Reader, creating an excellent first impression of the Reader and ensuring high calibre volunteers are engaged across the UK.
