In partnership with Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, they are looking to recruit an exceptional intensive support worker who can meet the housing and support needs of people who are rough sleeping or those who are at risk of it. This includes people staying in the Council’s emergency accommodation services.
With a good working knowledge of Housing and Welfare Rights, you will have at least 2 years of experience of working in a homelessness, housing or support setting. As well as working with hostels, Registered Providers and negotiating with private landlords in order to deliver appropriate support and rapid rehousing solutions.
