The Whitechapel Centre – Services Manager

Contract: Permanent.
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: £32,910 – £38,890.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday).
Reporting to: Chief Executive.
Location: Everton.

The Whitechapel Centre is a Liverpool based charity that provides support to people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and/or have support needs. They offer help with building confidence, developing independent living skills and supporting people to address substance use or other health and wellbeing issues. They also help people to access social and community networks, training, education and employment.

They are looking for an exceptional Services Manager with a proven track record as a strategic leader. You will be able to undertake a key role in creating, building and sustaining their vision and delivering results by empowering and supporting the people you work with. As part of their Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of their Rough Sleeper and Street Lifestyle Outreach services and their substantial volunteering programme. You will also be instrumental in the development of new contracts, contract compliance, quality assurance and outcome monitoring.

This is a demanding, fast-paced role that will suit an experienced manager with first-class planning and organisational skills, who can provide strong and directed leadership and maintain high levels of personal credibility.

Qualifications/Experience Needed: With a background in a related homelessness, housing or support setting, you will have a proven track record of delivering multifaceted services to service users who have a wide range of differing and complex needs.
