Salary Scale: £37,300 plus auto-enrolment pension contribution and 25 days holiday.
Reporting to: Head of Business Advice Plus.

The Women’s Organisation is the largest developer and deliverer of training and support for women in the UK. It has been driving the transformation of the business support ecosystem for over a quarter of a century to effectively support women who are starting and growing their own businesses in the Northwest of England, the wider UK and across the globe. They are currently expanding their diverse team.

The Women’s Organisation is looking for an individual who is comfortable on and offline, who is able to equip businesses with the tools they need to get digital in person; and help diverse digital businesses navigate the opportunity they face for exponential growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a well-developed understanding of the business start-up and growth support journey. You will be passionate about providing technical, coaching and training support to people on their entrepreneurial journey and be deeply connected with the current business trends, challenges, and opportunities.
