The Women’s Organisation – Digital Strategy and Implementation Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £40,000 per year.
Location: L1 0AB.

The Women’s Organisation is the largest developer and deliverer of training and support for women in the UK. It has been driving the transformation of the business support ecosystem for over a quarter of a century to effectively support women who are starting and growing their own businesses in the Northwest of England, the wider UK and across the globe. They are currently expanding their diverse team.

The ideal candidate will enable their business to effectively meet the needs of their clients through the effective deployment of digital and technological approaches and tools.

You will bring a well-developed understanding of digital and social platforms and knowledge of how to engage business and consumer audiences across multiple digital channels, both owned and paid. You will be strategic, and skilled in developing strategies, plans and proposals around digital development needs and opportunities in relation to their internal and client-facing business needs and functions.

You will be able to present with confidence, advise and work collaboratively with the senior management and delivery team members on areas of digital development opportunities in learning, communication, marketing, client, and stakeholder engagement. You will ensure that the business is at the forefront of digital and technological deployment and is also able to manage its external ICT hardware and systems providers.

You will be an experienced person who can develop and advise the organisation on what the right mix of tools, data, analytics, automation, and responsible AI could be. They want to continuously drive a digital metamorphosis within the business, widening the range of what they can do for their clients and breathing life into their smart product and service portfolio.
