The Women’s Organisation – Finance and Monitoring Administrator

Contract: Full-time.
Term: Permanent.
Salary: £20,000 – £30,000.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours.
Days per week: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
Reporting to: Finance Manager.
Location: Liverpool, L1 0AB.

The Women’s Organisation is a social enterprise that is the largest developer and deliverer of training and support for women in the UK.  It has been driving the transformation of the business support ecosystem for over a quarter of a century to effectively support women who are starting and growing their own businesses in the Northwest of England, the wider UK and across the globe. They are currently expanding their diverse team.

  • Are you experienced in maintaining accurate financial records?
  • Can you undertake internal monitoring and compliance checks?
  • Are you able to communicate effectively, verbally and through your written work, with stakeholders at all levels?

If the answer is yes, you may be a match.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great communication skills, organisational and administration skills with attention to detail. They are looking for a new team member who can work in a positive and constructive way with partner team members and key stakeholders at all levels, and bring a well-developed understanding of audit, compliance, supplier and partnership.

You will work closely with colleagues on a range of projects undertaking monthly data collation, monitoring and compliance checks, particularly in relation to ESIF (European Structural and Investment Funds) and other funded programmes; compliance support and assist capacity building support for colleagues.

The projects that they work on at The Women’s Organisation all have very similar deadlines. To meet these deadlines on a monthly basis you will have to possess excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met.
