Salary Scale: £48,000 plus auto-enrolment pension contribution and 25 days holiday.
Reporting to: Deputy Chief Executive.

The Women’s Organisation is the largest developer and deliverer of training and support for women in the UK. It has been driving the transformation of the business support ecosystem for over a quarter of a century to effectively support women who are starting and growing their own businesses in the Northwest of England, the wider UK and across the globe. They are currently expanding their diverse team.

• Can you inspire and lead a team by helping existing and new businesses to make their dreams come true?
• Do you know your stuff and how to share it so others can understand it too?
• Can you support a team of advisors to be confident and capable to engage and support diverse groups of businesses at start-up and growth stages?

If the answer is yes, you may be a match.

The ideal candidate will be a leader. You will bring a well-developed understanding of the business start-up and growth support journey. You will have and be able to gather business, community experience and data so that real-life application and learning drives the Women’s Organisation’s delivery. You will lead the codesigning of transformational packages of support people need to set up and grow their business and that it impacts positively on their communities and the wider economy. You will be passionate about leading and enabling the provision of technical, coaching, and training support to people on their entrepreneurial journey and be deeply connected with the current business trends, challenges, and opportunities.
