The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great communication skills, excellent IT, organisational, administration skills and attention to detail. They are looking for a new team member who can work in a positive and constructive way with partner team members, project clients and key stakeholders at all levels, and bring a well-developed understanding of audit, compliance, supplier and partnership liaison.
You will be the key contact for multiple partners across a range of projects undertaking monthly audit and partner checks, particularly in relation to ESIF (European Structural and Investment Funds) and other funded Programmes; compliance support and assist capacity building support for individual partners and consortiums.
You will be to work with partners to review project delivery quality and assist in sharing of good practice across partnerships and added value for clients. Ensuring the partnership is delivering to meet both the client and the commissioner’s needs.
Reporting regularly on partner and project performance to the Partner Co-Ordinator via regular reports and internal project meetings to enable effective partner and project management; partner performance in relation activity and claims in line with their projected profile.
Key Aspects
Undertake monthly audits and partner checks, particularly in relation to ESIF (European Structural and Investment Funds) and other funded programmes including:
- Preparing and collating information to present for funding claims.
- Constructively feeding back to partners on claim issues; missing data / evidence and offering support and guidance.
- Upload and submit claim via funders online portal and responding to queries as needed.
- Planning, checking and responding to funders audit requirements including desk checks on specific audits by external funders.
- Review, update and follow up Programme Management Tools after each claim period.
