Tide rolls out a season of events for carers supporting people with dementia

Tide invites carers and former carers of people living with dementia to sign up to a series of upcoming events, designed to help them to build the skills, knowledge and confidence to speak up and influence our society.

Tide stands for together in dementia everyday and that is exactly what the network is – a group of people coming together, as they support those living with dementia. If you fall into that group, you can join Tide for free. You may also be interested in attending one or more of these upcoming events:


Weekly

Merseyside/Cheshire Virtual Meet-Up – Every Thursday, 12 – 1pm

All carers and former carers of people living with dementia are welcome to this local virtual meet-up for peer support, discussion, advice and ideas. You can register on the link below & a zoom link will be automatically sent to you. Register via Zoom to receive the link.

Living Grief and Bereavement

When caring for someone living with dementia, loss is not only felt at the end of life. This session acknowledges and gives you the opportunity to talk about the grief and loss felt while caring for someone living with dementia.
