Together for Our Planet Funding programme

The ‘Together for Our Planet’ programme will offer grants from National Lottery funding to support communities across the UK to take action on climate change. They expect to make approximately 400 to 500 awards through this programme.

Area: UK-wide.
Suitable for: Voluntary or community organisations.
Funding size: £1,000 to £10,000.
Total available: £2.5 million.
The programme will open on 1 September 2021. They will not be accepting any applications before this date.

Projects should reflect what matters to your community and can be small in scale. They could cover an area like:

• food
• transport
• energy
• waste and consumption
• the natural environment.

You will not need to be an expert in any of these areas to apply. They’re particularly interested to hear from people who are starting to think about taking action on climate change in their communities.

Closing date: 5 pm on 18 November 2021.

They will try to give you a decision within a maximum of 12 weeks.
