Greenbank’s Health and Social Care Department has introduced this new course to the curriculum. The accredited course is for adults with an interest in counselling as a career or who use counselling within their current role. It runs for 10 weeks.
Course tutor Lindsey Fox said: “The course is interesting and thought provoking and offers a great opportunity to refresh your skills and develop your career. We will cover what counselling is, effective communication and personal development. It could really help to enhance your effectiveness in the workplace for example if you work in a pastoral or guidance role.”
Lindsey will be available on Tuesday 7 February 2017, 4.30-6pm at Time Out Café Bar in Grenbank Sports Academy, Greenbank Lane, L17 1AG to chat about what’s involved and whether or not the course meets your needs.
