Business Planning for Success
If you don’t know where you are going, how do you know when you get there? Planning is an essential process that enables your organisation to use its resources effectively and target what it has to bring about the greatest change.
Having a robust business plan is not about the production of a shiny document that sits on the shelf and never gets used; it is a live document – a road map for charting your progress from where you are now to where you want to be.
This course will be delivered through a mixture of training, group work, and practical exercises, and will enable you to:
• Understand the planning process and adopt a planning approach to meet your needs
• Generate and evaluate options to meet the challenges and opportunities that your own organisations face
• Draft a clear plan that funders and stakeholders can understand
This course is suited to all those who want to gain maximum value from their business plan for their community project/organisation.
