Capacity Building Advice Surgery – Dates Flexible

The LCVS Capacity Building Team hosts advice surgeries, on a rolling basis, by appointment.

Liverpool-based individuals, groups and organisations involved in the charity and voluntary sector can book and initial advice surgery free-of-charge.

You can use these sessions to pick our brains on issues such as governance, consultation, evaluation and impact measurement, business planning, funding, marketing, policies, partnership development and, well, anything else that falls within our expertise.

To request an appointment, complete the Capacity Building Enquiry form, providing us with as much detail as you can (if you are yet to set up your organisation, enter your name and home address in place of organisation details).

Your request will be allocated to a member of our team at the next weekly team meeting, then somebody will be in touch to arrange a surgery at a time to suit you.
