The Gas Safe Charity is delivering a series of free carbon monoxide (CO) awareness workshops across the UK in 2018. The workshops are aimed at staff and volunteers from any organisation that delivers their services in the homes of vulnerable people. There is a mix of presentation as well as interactive group work about implementing the learning within your organisation.

Exposure to even low levels of carbon monoxide in someone’s home has been linked to a greater risk of falling, as well as early signs of dementia. Attendance is welcomed from community groups, local charities, statutory services and private home care agencies. The workshop finishes with a buffet lunch.
