The aim of the training is to understand what is dementia and how to support people living with dementia.
Outcomes:
- Understand what is dementia
- Know how to support a person living with dementia
- Look at ways to create a dementia aware environment
- Know what support is available for people living with dementia and their carers
Cost: £60 per person
This course is delivered face to face in a classroom environment to allow for discussion, activities and feedback in a group setting away from workplace distractions.
