Many of the problems facing boards stem from the lack of an effective trustee induction. Without one, trustees can feel unsure about what is expected of them, both legally and in terms of working with other trustees, staff, and volunteers.
This half-day session will equip your organisation with the tools, techniques, and knowledge to get it right from the start.
The course will help you:
• Create bespoke induction process for your organisation
• Prepare for induction
• Create an induction pack and guide for your trustees
• Carry out an induction
• Review and tailor/improve your induction processes
This course is perfect for both trustees and the staff responsible for inducting them into an organisation.
