In this workshop you will be looking at different types of love, what love means to you and focussing on self-love. By understanding the components of self-love you will come to understand how it is fundamental to our sanity and has little to do with vanity.
Being At Your Best – Feeling Good & Functioning Well | 3.5-hour workshop | £18 per person
The uncertainty caused by the coronavirus has brought wide ranging practical and emotional challenges. You may still be juggling ever shifting routines and structures to try and cope in both your personal and work life. Being At Your Best will help you make sense of this experience and understand how your body and mind influence each other and how this impacts your wellbeing.
