Insights on: Proving the need for what you do
Do the right research, right at the beginning, and you’ll build a project on firm foundations, safe in the knowledge that it’s offering what people really need in a way that is financially viable. Adequate planning from day one, will make life easier for you in the long run and could help you to make a bigger impact.
In this two hour session, our voluntary sector expert will give you lots of ‘need to know’ information, to set you off on the right track. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to gather evidence on:
- Who will benefit from the project
- Whether the project is needed and wanted
- Who is already working in the field and what’s unique about your idea
Prove demand, so that you can create a project that meets it!
Please note that this session specifically covers evidence gathering. If you would like help and advice to develop your project outline as well, click here to register for Insights on: Developing a Project Outline.
LCVS Insights is a series of free workshops, designed to provide you with important information on key topics that could improve the impact of your organisation. Check our training calendar for more insight sessions.
