Social investment can seem like a daunting prospect for voluntary and community sector groups, but at a time when grants are becoming harder to come by and trading within organisations is on the increase, it is important to consider different options to secure income. This course is designed to introduce you to finance opportunities available to the voluntary sector, the steps taken to access social investment and the support you can access to become ‘investment ready’.
This course is designed for organisations that:
- Wish to understand more about social investment requirements and what it takes to be ‘social investment ready’
- Are looking to develop their trading activities through loan finance.
- Are looking to diversify their income streams
This course is aimed at organisations that currently have a trading element to their work or are looking to develop this but may need loan finance to take a next step in their development.
