Livv Investment is part of Livv Housing Group, a housing business and more. We’re all about getting social investment to the people making a difference. We believe in supporting social enterprises and charities to help our communities thrive.

Social investment means offering repayable finance to social enterprises and charities to help them achieve their social ambitions. Unlike traditional investments that prioritise financial returns alone, social investment seeks to generate both a positive social impact and a financial return.

With funding from Livv Housing Group, and co-investment from Access – The Foundation for Social Investment, our Livv and Flourish fund will invest up to £4.25 million over three years in the form of blended finance (unsecured loan and grant) to incorporated social organisations based in or making a social impact in Liverpool City region.

Investments are from £10,000 up to £200,000 per application, with tailored support offered throughout the process.

Livv Investment is also an Access Point for the Reach Fund ‘investment readiness’ grant and can support you with an application for a grant of up to £15,000 to help develop your business plan for investment.
