The Women’s Organisation | Tuesday 8 March 2022 | 10 am – 1 pm | Online on Zoom
The global pandemic has had a significant impact on the third sector. The third sector is, in numerous ways, the last line of support for communities. Over the past 18 months, we have focused on surviving the immediate situation; transferring to the digital working mode, working from home, being faced with a lack of time, and staff shortages.
These challenges are significant because third sector staff resilience is at the heart of supporting our communities. Join the Women’s Organisation’s Resilience in the Third Sector one-day session to learn how you can become more resilient in your role by exploring what we mean by resilience and outlining the practical strategies we can put in place to strengthen those inner reserves.
- Where does resilience come from?
- How do you keep things in perspective?
This course is packed full of useful information and gives you the opportunity to reflect on how you are coping and points you in the right direction to move forward and bounce back.
