So We Don’t Need a Company Secretary Now, Right. Right?
Well, no. you don’t. Not strictly speaking. But who is going to do the things the company secretary used to do? And what was it they were supposed to do?
Many groups fail to realise that the tasks formerly taken on by the company secretary STILL need doing and that there can be fines for not doing them - so SOMEONE still needs to take responsibility for them.
This half-day course will provide participants with a grounding in these duties and tasks, and give them the skills to be able to:
• Understand the duties associated with a company secretary
• Complete the paperwork usually associated with the role, whether or not done by a company secretary or someone else
This course is suited to company secretaries, directors, or anyone taking on the jobs usually associated with a company secretary.
