Know a 16-24 year old unsure about their next steps? College or sixth form not right for them? The Learning Foundry has a range of FREE courses with direct routes to employment. The Picture Your Future courses are still enrolling for September, so it’s not too late to sign up.

The 18-week programmes are available in areas ranging from Childcare and Dental to Health and Social Care and Housing, as well as programmes for those who are unsure about their next career steps. Young people will get sector-specific training with CV writing, interview skills, confidence building and more, all to help young people become outstanding employees.

Participants will gain a combination of industry skills and accredited qualifications, as well as the opportunity to undertake a guaranteed work placement to put their learning into practice.

Picture Your Future programmes offer direct routes into employment for learners, with exclusive access to The Learning Foundry’s vacancies and apprenticeship opportunities with top local employers.
